Items are usually shipped out on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's. However, most of the time items are shipped daily when time permits. If you have a question regarding a shipment please contact me directly prior to opening up a claim just to ask where an item is at. Our goal is customer satisfaction and that can only occur if we communicate with each other in a timely fashion.
