I have several of these left over from a large event. These are new, never used (except for me testing them to verify functionality prior to shipping). They were a big hit and sold for almost $15 retail! These glasses have 3 functions, steady, fast and slow blink. Fits most adults or child. These will ship new in the package, but the package will be opened by me prior to shipping to ensure they are functioning. These batteries are replaceable and come from the factory with them preinstalled. Remember these are generic batteries, not Duracells. They should give you hours of use but they might not. I always recommend folks to replace with quality batteries once the original ones die (as I would suggest with most items in general).
