- White with One Dark and one Lighter Blue Stripe on Cup & Saucer

This cup and saucer set were made in Sweden in the 1970's.  I am unsure of the actual pattern name but I think the word Gefle (named after a Swedish town, now Gavle) may be the series name.  It was made by Upsala Ekeby Ltd.  The pieces are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing.  There area few small indentations on the bottom of the saucer but these were created in the manufacturing process and are not deep or large - I just like to explain everything I see so a buyer is aware of every little thing.  The cup has straight but slanted sides and I would consider it a coffee cup but I am sure it would work fine for anything you cared to put inside it!

Measurements:  

   Saucer:  5-1/18" in diameter

   Cup - 3" in diameter opening, 2-3/8" tall
