Shipping
Free shipping: items will be usually be despatched within 24 hours of payment and sent via Economy Class of 3-5 working days (Hermes/Collect+/Royal Mail 2nd class). We endeavour to get the item(s) to you with 7-10 working days maximum. Usual delivery within 7 days. Free shipping is only available within mainland UK.
Express delivery can be purchased as needed and International shipping can be arranged if necessary.
Service
Exchanges: Any items we offer with a 'FREE POSTAGE' option that are supplied correctly but ordered incorrectly may be liable for a handling charge or only a partial refund less our postage costs if they are returned. Exchanges are The Buyer's responsibility and any costs incurred for returning wrong items by fault of The buyer are not reimbursable.
Returns:
We will accept returns from you if John’s of Romford Motorcycles Ltd. is at fault. For items ordered wrongly by fault of 'The Buyer’ it will be considered for return and refund. All cancellations of a order must be made in writing (via ebay's question and message centre) with cancellation date no later than 7 days after the date of delivery of your item.
Refunds:
Refunds will only be granted if the unwanted items arrive with us in an acceptable condition. On proof of a return being sent to John’s of Romford Motorcycles Ltd. We will refund as soon as possible but no later than 10 days from the date of cancellation being received.
Refunds, returns and exchanges are only accepted inside the eBay 14 day returns timeframe.
