All cards are shipped on the next business day.  Card condition will be listed in the auction title.  I grade by play wear as follows:

PACK FRESH:

I personally know the card says been pulled and went straight to a booster

SP: 

I use this for everything that shows very little play markings or even none, but don't know the full history to know if it has been shuffled

MP:

Shows signs of being played, but still in overall good condition

HP

Obvious signs of heavy use

Damaged:

Signs of excessive use, corners rounded more than normal, creases in the card
