* This auction includes the following:

1 x  Original Hot Toys The Dark Knight DX11 The Joker retail packaging box as shown in the photo only. The foam inside is included. There are a couple of dents at the bottom and/or top caused during shipping. There are normal signs of wear on the corners and edges. It does not include the original shipper, but it will be shipped in a regular shipping box. The original figure, outfits, and accessories(not shown) are NOT included.

* Payment is due within two(2) days of auction ending. After 2 days of trying to contact (by eBay messaging) the auction winner with no response, the seller reserves the right to relist the item.

* Payments by PayPal (must be Verified/Confirmed Addresses) ONLY! Payment must be cleared before shipping. All payments are NON-Refundable. No Exceptions.

                

* The buyer is solely responsible for all customs fees/taxes levied by his/her country. All customs fees, import duties, and other taxes are not included in the auction price or shipping & handling fees. Please contact your local customs department for the informations about customs fees/taxes before placing a bid if your shipping address is outside of the continental US.

* Shipping & Handling charges are NOT NEGOTIABLE.

 

* For multiple items, please wait for an invoice for combined shipping before making any payments.

 

* Please be  ready to receive the package on the day of the delivery. The package will be insured up to $50 value for domestic (within the continental U.S.) USPS Priority Mail shipping and the tracking numbers will be provided for USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express shipping methods. If you would like to add extra coverage for the insurance of your package, it will require extra charge and the buyer needs to contact the seller before making the payment. The USPS tracking system may not be updated promptly, so please check with your local post office in case you have any question regarding the delivery of your package. For international shipping, the USPS Priority  Mail EXPRESS includes an insurance coverage up to $100, but all other shipping methods (USPS Priority Mail International, First-Class International Mail/Parcel, etc.) do not provide insurance coverage and do not have tracking information. If you choose an international shipping option other than USPS Priority  Mail EXPRESS, you are doing so at your own risk as the package is not insured and may not have a tracking number based on your location. Please note that you accept the full responsibility, should the package is lost or does not reach its destination. No refunds will be given, and the item(s) will not be replaced in such case. 
                  
                * For items under Ebay's Global Shipping Program, the international shipping is processed by eBay, not by the seller, so please contact eBay directly in regards to the delivery information and questions.
