The lamps have been recently been replaced less then 1000 hours of use. (lamps have an average of 4000 to 5000 Hours)

Warranty:
DOA all dead on arrival units must be claimed within 72 hours. All DOA protected items are 100% refundable including shipping at no cost to you. All my units come with a 30 day limited warranty. This warranty covers any hardware failure i.e. Hard drive, CD Rom, Com ports but not limited to are 100% covered. This warranty does not cover any third party software the user installs which could disable any hardware.
Return Policy:
If you encounter a hardware issue please contact me. I will first try to walk you through any problems. If I am unsuccessful I will create a pre-paid shipping return label that will be emailed to you at no cost to you. You will be reasonable to deliver the item to the carrier facility with the return label affixed to the box. Once the defected item has been received and inspected and approved for a refund we will credit the approved refund amount to the original payment method used for purchase.
Note: All units will be fully inspected upon arrival and any item found to have broken or missing parts, or we find the issues aroused from viruses, malware, adware, but not limited to, user changed setting, custom software installations, or user damage will be charged a restocking fee
