The MacBook Pro "Core i5" 2.5 13-Inch (Mid-2012/USB 3.0) features a 22 nm "Ivy Bridge" 2.5 GHz Intel "Core i5" processor (3210M), with two independent processor "cores" on a single silicon chip, a 3 MB shared level 3 cache, 4 GB of 1600 MHz DDR3L SDRAM (PC3-12800) installed in pairs (two 2 GB modules), a 500 GB Serial ATA (5400 RPM) hard drive, an 8X DL "SuperDrive", an "integrated" Intel HD Graphics 4000 graphics processor that shares system memory, an integrated 720p FaceTime HD webcam, and an LED-backlit 13.3" widescreen TFT active-matrix "glossy" display (1280x800 native resolution).
Connectivity includes AirPort Extreme (802.11a/b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.0, Gigabit Ethernet, a Firewire "800" port, two USB 3.0 ports, a "Thunderbolt" port, audio in/out, and an SDXC card slot.
This model uses a "Unibody" aluminum case design -- milled from a single piece of aluminum -- and has a backlit keyboard, a "no button" glass "inertial" multi-touch trackpad, and a non-swappable battery design that provides an Apple estimated 7 hours of battery life.
Compared to its predecessor, this model essentially is identical externally with the exception of the aforementioned USB 3.0 ports. Internally, however, it has a faster processor, architecture, graphics, and RAM.

After Sale Limited Warranty
All refurbished equipment supplied by Reboot IT are covered by the limited warranty which lasts for 90 days and begins on the date of purchase indicated on your invoice. The warranty period is not extended if we replace a warranted product or any part(s)

The warranty does cover:
- Only items which are specifically described as having a warranty period are covered by the Reboot-IT warranty. Items described "AS IS or “PARTS ONLY" are excluded from any warranty.
- This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the hardware products sold by Reboot IT on a part-by-part basis
The warranty does not cover:
- Consumable parts of the item being sold (e.g. laptop batteries).
- Items damaged in transit.
- Defects and malfunctions resulting from viruses, lock ups, general protection faults or operating system errors.
- Compatibility problems - it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the item purchased will be compatible for use with their existing hardware and systems.
- Any defects or damage as a result of using this item in a manner other than its intended or customary use.
- Any defects or damage which have been caused by abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, unauthorised modifications, unauthorised connections, unauthorised repair, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration, improper installation, including damage caused by freight, blown fuses, electrical fluctuations, spill of food or liquid or any other acts which are not the fault of Reboot-IT.
- Breakage or damage to the casing.
- All plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to normal customer use.
- Consumable components of the item.
- Items which have had the serial number removed or made illegible.
- Damage resulting from use of non-standard accessories.
- Items which have been damaged in transit on return to Reboot-IT.
- Items where the security seal has been removed or tampered with in any way.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state (or jurisdiction to jurisdiction). Reboot IT’ss responsibility for malfunctions and defects in hardware is limited as set forth in this warranty statement. All express and implied warranties for the product, including but not limited to any implied warranties and conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in time to the term of the limited warranty period set forth herein. No warranties, whether express or implied, will apply after the limited warranty period has expired. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Return Policy
- You may return your refurbished system up to 21 days from the date of invoice
- Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Reboot IT is Reboot IT's responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by you is your responsibility. You must notify Reboot IT within 21 days of the date of your invoice or acknowledgement if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. Title to software will remain with the applicable licensor(s).
- It is important that you return everything on your system order, and that it is in its original packaging.
- A RA (return authorization) will be required! All Shipments without a pre-authorized RA# will be returned. Call 1-300-747-788 for RA and return information.
- We will credit your account for the price of the system minus shipping and handling.
- Restocking Fees - Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Reboot IT error, a restocking fee of 15% may be charged on hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts and unopened software still in its/their sealed package, and on software that has not been downloaded if the software is delivered electronically
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The buyer assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase of the product, buyer responsible for shipping charges.
- Your purchase is a contract, once you make a purchase that purchase is final.
- All items will come with a minimum of a 3mth warranty
- Once payment is received, the item will be sent to the address you provided us when making your purchase.
- Final sale price is GST inclusive. A tax invoice will be supplied with every purchase.
- Making a purchase with Reboot-IT constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions, our shipping conditions and warranty statment.
