GENERAL INFORMATION

 

I am not the original owner of this item, and unless it is listed as NEW, it should be considered USED. I cannot guarantee that the item has come from a pet or smoke free home, however,  I store all my items in a pet and smoke free environment.

If what you are looking at in this listing is an item that originally comes with some type of digital content, such as promotional codes for video games, or digital download codes, please assume that they are NOT included with the sale of this item. 

I do my best to accurately list and describe the items I sell. In most cases, the pictures you see above are of the actual item you will receive. However, in some cases when I have more than one of a certain item, or I have sold the item before, then put up another for sale, I will re-use previous photos. This essentially means will either receive the item shown in the photos, or one in very similar condition to the one shown. 

 

RETURNS

 

You have 30 days upon item delivery to contact me for a return or exchange. After 30 days, the sale is final, and there are no returns accepted or refunds given.

Please do not open a return request or a case through ebay or paypal, but instead contact me directly through Ebay's message system, selecting the topic  "I have a question about using my item or I want to send the seller a message."

When returning an item for a refund, you MUST provide me with a tracking number to prove that a return has been completed. This is for the safety of both the seller and buyer. 

I do not issue partial refunds for any reason.

 

For international shipments, I use Ebay's Global Shipping Program. The shipping cost for international buyers is set by Ebay, and I cannot do anything to change this cost. I am currently only shipping to the countries listed above. 

My handling time is currently set to 1 day. I normally ship every week day, and I do my best to get shipments out on Saturday as well. 

Shipping for USA buyers has always and will always be free in my store, so please check out my other items and see if there is anything else you'd like to add to your order. 

If you need an item shipped to a different address than what is listed on your EBAY account, you need to change this information before purchasing from me. I will not ship to any addresses not listed under the order details. 

Most smaller items under 13oz ship in a 7X12" bubble mailer, and ship USPS First Class with free tracking. Bigger or heavier items are either shipped USPS Priority, Parcel Select, or Fed Ex Smartpost or Ground. I use bubble wrap, air bags, and packing peanuts to ship larger items to protect them. Insurance will be included on select expensive shipments, and if I decide to include insurance, this will be free to the buyer. 

 

Paypal or cash (with local pick up) are the only accepted forms of payment. If you do not have a paypal account, you can pay as a paypal guest using a credit or debit card. 

Any item listed with a Buy-It-Now price required immediate payment through paypal to complete the purchase. 

If you are the winning bidder of an auction, or if a best offer is accepted, you have 4 days to make payment, or contact me about the payment. After 4 days, an un-paid item case will be opened with Ebay, and 4 days after the case has been open, it will be closed and the item will be re-listed.
