We use Royal Mail for sending out parcels, and you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days and it will need to be signed for upon receipt.

We send items only to the address given in paypal.

All orders will be despatched after payment has cleared, within 1-2 working days.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with one of our products, please feel free to contact us to obtain either a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. However, if the item has been worn or is not in the same condition as when it was received, we unfortunately are not able to accept a return. Please
ensure that boxes are not crushed and it would be advisable to have proof of posting. A refund or replacement will only be issued once we have
received and inspected the goods.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend that you ensure you obtain sufficient postal insurance in case
your item goes missing on its way back to us. If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it as soon as possible, and in any case within fourteen days
of the day we receipt the shipment from you.

How to Return:

Contact us to let us know what action you would like us to take, e.g exchange or refund. This will help us to ensure we process your return
quickly and effectively. Wrap the item securely in a bag or paper, taking care not to damage the product packaging and post to:
