PAYMENT: PayPal is the only method of payment I accept. Payment is due within three days of auction’s end, unless other arrangements have been made through messaging.

SHIPPING: I ship via USPS as soon as possible, usually within one business day of cleared payment. Many items can be shipped to Canada for an additional charge. A few select New in Box items can be shipped worldwide through Ebay's Global Shipping program.

COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNTS: I combine shipping on multiple wins within five days of each other, provided they can be packaged together. * If you are interested in bidding on auctions ending more than three days apart, please message me to arrange a delay in payment, so that I don’t presume you are a non-paying bidder.

PACKAGING: Small lightweight non-fragile items (such as doll clothes) will often be packaged in plastic Zip-lock bags inside clean recycled boxes (cereal, cake mix, TV dinner, etc.). This helps our environment, and saves customers shipping expense, as these lighter weight boxes can usually be shipped via the least expensive method, First Class. Recycled mailing envelopes may also be used. Heavier and more fragile items will be bubble-wrapped if needed and shipped in heavier typical cardboard boxes. If an original American Girl box is included in the auction, the box and contents will be shipped in a cardboard box to protect the value of the American Girl box.

TRACKING: Tracking is provided on all packages, so that you can follow your item’s progress from my home to yours.
