This is a new Skydex 200516 Ballistic Helmet Upgrade System.  This system includes the 7-piece authentic Skydex pad set and complete retention system.  It also includes Velcro coins, instructions, alcohol wipes, hardware, chin strap, and helmet cover strap.  Per the packaging, this kit "Fits all sizes: ACH/LWH/PASGT 'old Kevlar'"
