The new Integra Range has been designed and specified by the Avocet team to make each model ideal for exploring tracks and trails, cutting down on car journeys or even shed a couple of extra kilos as part of a healthier life style. Integra bikes offer a refreshing alternative to fluctuating fuel costs, congestion charges and credit crunches.

The Integra range is built around a solid high tensile steel frame and is perfect for a quick weekend jaunt or a leisurely ride to the local shops. To keep things practical it's a nimble 18 speed set up with an MTB style frame and a set of front suspension forks.
