(Exceptions: Large items such as torsos, and real human skulls or real human skeletons, I rarely ship human skulls together with anything else because they are too fragile, and with very large items it is not economical to combine in large boxes since I primarily ship USPS priority mail. Some countries have size limitations on boxes, in these cases I will pack as many items as I can SAFELY pack in one box.)
