We have for sale a Hopkins Watch Tool Co. marked 8mm watchmaker's lathe

Almost an identical design to the much lauded and well known G. Boley jewelry/watch lathes

This is beautiful example that is being offered for sale exactly as it was found. This lathe includes a very nice transmission pulley also marked "Hopkins" and a beautiful vintage 1/20th HP Reynolds Motor

This unit is complete and in perfect working condition. The original leather belts still appear to have quite a bit of life left in them, but we would advise installing newer belts to ensure continued uninterrupted use of this lathe. Leather belting can be had very cheaply here on ebay and is available in many different sizes and lengths. There are no other collets included with this sale other than the one collet currently installed.

Wood base is very solid, appears to be made of mahogany w/ breadboard ends and pine feet. Wood is a bit warped though, so buyer may need to do some leveling depending on the shape of their work bench. We put some felt bads on the bottom of each foot to level this off on our bench
