This, and all other games I am selling are REGION FREE keys (unless otherwise stated)

NO VPN needed for activation and playing. (You can install and use it in any country)

A free steam account (new/existing) is required for activation.

In very rare occasions, the game will be delivered in the form of a steam gift email. It functions exactly the same as a steam key in term of adding a game to your steam account (new/existing). The email will be sent to your PayPal registered email address by steam. Steam gifts from me are equally REGION FREE and require NO VPN whatsoever. You also do NOT need to share your account information with me (For further information, check out the instructions at the very end of this item description)

Your account security matters!

Unlike some dodgy sellers on ebay, I would NOT ask you to hand over your steam account password for game activation which probably involves breaching the Steam Terms of Service by using VPN and hence risking to have your account banned by Steam.

Instead, you could activate this 100% legit retail Steam game activation key/gift yourself in your Steam account (new/existing).

I am also a true UK seller unlike those who claim their items located  in the UK while showing contact information back in the Far East.

Shipping

The item is an intangible digital content and will be sent digitally through ebay message.

Key will be sent within 24 hours after purchase (7 days a week).

NO PHYSICAL items (e.g. CDs/BOXs) WILL BE POSTED

Due to the nature of the item (intangible digital content), no return will be allowed and no refund will be given.  

Combating internet fraud

I believe that protecting consumer privacy and combating internet fraud are equally important.  

In contrast to some other ebay sellers, I will NOT ask you to provide any sensitive information such as proofs of address or proofs of photo identification.

Yet, due to several recent scamming attempts, I reserve the right to refuse to sell.

Every order is considered individually. After analysing a range of factors, some orders may be cancelled and refunded. For examples, orders from low rating / inactive buyers might have higher chances being declined.

Please kindly accept my sincere apologies if I cancel your geniune order. Until paypal steps up to protect sellers of intangible content, I would have to reluctantly keep my rule on choosing consumers tightened.

My responsibility and the buyers' responsibilities

My responsibility is to let buyers successfully activated the game in their accounts. Other than that, it is beyond my control.

Therefore, I could not be held accountable for any issue no matter related to hardware or  software, that leads to the game being unplayable (e.g. crashing/ lagging)

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their PCs could run the game before placing orders.

For system requirements, please check the steam store page of the game.

Likewise, buyers should seek solutions for other technical issues on their own.

It could be done by, for examples, visiting corresponding steam discussion forums and/or by contacting the game developers.

Steam key activation instructions for new-comers

After purchase, I will send you a steam key. It is a activation code for you to redeem the game in your steam account. The game will then stay in your steam game library indefinitely. You could then download the game through the steam client whenever you want.

Below are the steps. Hopefully this information will help

1. You will receive a Steam product key through ebay message.

2. If you have not already had a steam account and a steam client, you could download and register here

3. Once you have installed the Steam client, launch the client and enter your login credentials. When you are logged into your account, Click the Games Menu (at the top left hand side)

4. In the pop-up window, select the "Activate a Product on Steam" option. This will open up a new window.

5. Follow the prompts, and paste or enter the numerical key you received into the "Product Code" field.

6. Hit "NEXT>." Steam will accept it and you will be taken to your library where you will be able to download and play your newly registered game

7. From your LIBRARY tab you can see all games registered to your Steam account. You can then select a game and it will bring up a splash page with a large INSTALL button you can click on to install your games. Once your games are installed, the Install button will change to a PLAY button

Steam gift activation instructions for new-comers

1. In very rare occasions, the game is delivered in the form of steam gift email. It will be sent to your PayPal registered email address and I would notify you through eBay message. The email may sometimes go into the spam folder so please make sure to check BOTH inbox and spam folder.

2. If you have not already had a steam account and a steam client, you could download and register here

3. The email is sent to you directly by steam not my own email provider.  This ensures your account security.

4. In the email, you will see two options, 'Yes I have steam' & 'No, I don't have steam'

5. Click 'Yes I have steam' and log in the steam account that you want the game to stay (that steam account does not have to register under the same email address as your PayPal account)

6. Choose 'Accept Gift' and then click "Add to my game library"

The game will then stay in your steam game library indefinitely. You could then download the game through the steam client whenever you want.
