I offer for auction this rare (I've NOT seen a match on eBAY) Walt Disney Quartz watch, with the main character "Mickey Mouse" as the centre piece (holding some flowers).

This watch was presented to me by Etienne de Villiers, when he was "President & Mng Dir of Walt Disney International (1986-2000), so is has a certain provenance too.

The watch has a two-piece real crocodile leather strap (see image) and has seldom been worn.

There's a sticker on the back (been there since new) which I have left intact.  

The watch has been kept in a drawer in my home, and the battery has obviously run down and depleted itself. I have NOT tried to replace it in the 20 years I've had it.

For its age I would say it is in very good condition.  I can however, detect with my finger-nail, a very small 2mm scratch on the face which  near the very centre of the watch where the hands emerge. It is barley detectable. Please see the images to see what I mean.

The watch will come with the original suede leather protective pouch.  On the front of the pouch there's an embossed print of Mickey Mouse's face and the wording, "Disney Presitige".  As I say, I have never come across another on eBay or Amazon that matches it.
