Suzuki GT750 oil line set of 5 one way valves ,

1970s Suzuki 2 strokes were fitted with an oil pump ,oil lines and one way brass check valves where the lines fit into the crankcases

These one way valves have two very important jobs

The first is to stop 2 stroke oil draining through the pump and lines and into the crankcases when your Suzuki is parked overnight or sometimes several days or weeks,

When restarted after standing you may have noticed one or more of the cylinders smokes heavily until the engine has run for a few minutes this is due to oil getting past the brass one way valves.

The second job which is much more important is to stop positive crankcase pressure pushing past the one way valves and holding back the oil needed to lubricate your engine, if this is the case you will see air in the oil lines that moves back and forth when the engine is running.

These new re-manufactured valves UK supplied are as original manufactures specification and when the old valves have been removed will fit easily back to the oil lines, the new valves have been tested out on the road to insure they will work as the originals fitted to your Suzuki.

The new one way valves supplied come with instructions   http://www.1970sjapmotorbikeparts.co.uk/checkvalveinstructions.pdf on how to remove the old valves from the oil lines and refit the new valves without damage, it can be done in about an hour for lines with 4 valves after the pipes are removed from the bike. We recommend that you fit all 4 new valves due to standing or misuse in the past 40 plus years.
