This is a 950 sterling silver rollalite lighter. Monogrammed with ARC with an ornate design, appears to be Asian but unsure. 2.5" tall in nice condition. Marked JIOIC on the bottom but that appears to mean nothing, style very similar to Dunhill lighters.
