SHIPPING

We will ship internationally depending on the auction. Please note due to the size and weight of some merchandise not all items will be available for international shipping. There is an additional handling charge for international shipments due to the additional customs paperwork and postal requirements. The Declared Value will be The Winning Bid (NO EXCEPTIONS). Please do not e-mail requesting that we declare the item as a gift. Incoming import taxes, duty or customs fees (if any) are the buyer's responsibility. Thank you for your understanding in trying to make International Shipping as swift and honest as possible. All international sales are Final, No Returns.

All items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of cleared payment except for holidays, weekends, and/or any act of god, strike, or civil or military disruption that prevents business as usual. Items will then be shipped as soon as possible.

Winner of the multiple items will receive 30% discount on S/H charges for second and each additional item.

Those with a small bid history must have a "confirmed" PayPal address.  We will not ship an item to an unconfirmed address for a bidder with a 0-4 bid history.

NOTE: Please choose your shipping options carefully. Realize that USPS Parcel Post can take several weeks depending on your location. Alaska and Hawaii can take even longer. If you are in a hurry, choose the UPS 2^nd Day option. If you would like to choose an option I have not made available, please contact us. We always ship within 24 to 48 hours of a cleared payment.

 

PAYMENT

Payment is PayPal only.  Immediate payment for the item is necessary in order for the item to be removed from the auction. If an item is not paid for within 3 days of the end of the auction a non-paying bidder alert will be filed and the item will be re-listed.

Upon a cleared payment, we will ship the item within 24 to 48 hours.

RETURN POLICY

We strive to provide as detailed photos and descriptions as possible. If you have a question, please do not hesitate to ask. If you receive an auction item that is not as described, please contact us make return arrangements. Once return arrangements are made with your carrier of choice, the merchandise must be shipped and received within 7 days, any merchandise received after this period will be denied. Please email us to obtain authorization. Any item approved for Return for any other reason than “Not as Described” will incur a 20% Restocking Fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

FEEDBACK POLICY

Positive feedback will be automatically posted for the buyer as soon as yours posted for us and we're sure you're happy and completely satisfied with the transaction. If you are dissatisfied with the product or transaction, please contact us before placing feedback. We have a strong positive rating and strive to maintain our high customer satisfaction.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW BIDS

Bidders with 0 bids or a negative bid history must contact us first before bidding. I will remove all “0” bidders and those with a significant negative bid history from the auction who have not contacted us first.  We will ask you to ensure that your address is confirmed through PayPal before an item will be shipped to anyone with a low bid history. We are sorry that we must do this, especially for the majority of you who are legitimately just starting on E-Bay, but there are those who abuse the system.  Thank you for your understanding.

All sales are final once an item is accepted by the buyer.
