This is the only official reproduction of the Pulsar watch used in MIB II !  

In the movie, the watch counted down to the time the earth was going to be destroyed, was featured as the "clocktower" for the gentle townsfolk of Airport Locker C18. All hail K!  All hail K! Oh, K can you see by the dawn's early light... Chant the critters from airport locker C18. 

Agent K also uses the watch as a neuralyzer to make all of Manhattan island forget Agents J+K blasting the alien (and the ensuing fireworks) at the end of the movie by remotely flashing the Statue of Liberty's Torch!
