This HIGH FLOW (HF) unit, TWIN RESIN TANK KINETICO automatic water softener has a current list price of around £1500 The twin tanks allow a constant supply of soft water even when the unit is regenerating unlike all the cheaper single cylinder models. This is the UK.model with standard 3/4" BSP connections (typical washing machine hose size).  An excellent softener for domestic or commercial use,and designed to use very cheap tablet salt (block salt is approx 3 times the price) and suitable for up to 8/10 persons. The HT613 is primarily a cold water softener but can also be used with water up to 65deg c,( For instance in a hairdressers salon) . This enables this model to be located in lofts, roof space, airing cupboards,conservatories,sheds etc. where in summer it often exceeds 50deg C. Spares are readily available if ever required via worldwide dealer network. Approx 355mm 14"w and 355mm14"d plus hoses, 23"h .removing castor's reduces height by 2".Plumbing-in is as easy as connecting a washing machine.The regeneration waste and overflow are both 1/2" (13mm) barbed male,garden hose is ideal. THIS MODEL DOES NOT NEED AN ELECTRIC SUPPLY, (water and salt is not the ideal environment for timers or programmers, very corrosive)  These units are fully refurbished and tested.Payment to be made within 5 days of purchase.these softeners are reckoned to be the rolls royce of units as extremely reliable and maintenance free.  I also can supply the correct tablet salt for this softener if required. This unit doesn't come with a lid however if you require a lid then please ask as I can supply a used lid in many grades depending on requirements. Typically units that are mounted inside standard kitchen cupboards wouldnt require a lid but any installation that is left as free standing unit would benefit from one.
