In good used vintage condition with some snags but nothing really major.  The top area (bust & back) are double chiffon.

It measures pit to pit approx. 17", the high waist measures flat across approx. 14", the length from the pit down is approx. 46", and the sweep is approx. 190"

It does not have a tag so I am unable to make out who the manufacturer was or the exact size so  please go by the measurements for the right fit.
