One used Johnny Appleseed Toy - either a Bath Tub or Squeaky Toy - has a young Johnny Appleseed standing on a sponge or a piece of Swiss Cheese - the head (which has a pot for a hat) rotates.

Stamped on the bottom with '6 A' - there is a hole on the bottom which appears to be a hole for a squeaker.
