Domestic Buyers: 

If your purchase is time sensitive, please contact us to have it expedited. Expedited shipping will be paid for by customer. Your item will normally take 3-4 business days to ship by USPS first class. Please understand that this is an eBay estimate and not 100% accurate reflecting upon USPS. Once it is in the hands of the mail carrier please understand, we do not control how fast it gets there. USPS claims it can take up 7 business days depending on circumstances. So if it is a time sensitive item, we highly suggest guaranteed 3 day expedited shipping. 

International Buyers:

Please know that your item is shipped by eBay via their international shipping program.The average 3-4 business day delivery applies to domestic buyers. Item is shipped to the international center in Kentucky, and then via your country carrier. Time to arrive in your country can take about a month depending on your country. Once it is in the hands of the mail carrier please understand, we do not control how fast it gets there.

IF THERE IS ANY ISSUE WITH ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.

1. When you receive your item, please inspect all items before opening seal on item received, this means inspect for any defect not listed on ad. If you spot any unlisted defect, please do not open item and contact us immediately. 

2. All returns must be made within 14 business days, shipping will be  paid by buyer (unless we had made the error on our part).WE WILL NOT REFUND BUYER ON RETURN SHIPPING COSTS, UNLESS IT WAS OUR ERROR. Returns will only be accepted in the conditions they were received. This means if the item was shipped to you factory sealed and defect free, you must send it back factory sealed and defect free. When mailing it back please make sure the item is in a crush resistant box or envelope. If item is damaged by carrier, it might void the return based on damage. Also on routine returns, we unfortunately will have a $1.00 re-stocking fee. We do not get reimbursed for gas, envelopes, and other ,materials that cost us to send this item to customer.

3. If are any issues with item that are caused by us, WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT. Please do not leave feedback(such as neutral or negative)without contacting us first. Neutral or negative feedback hurts small business such as ours. So please contact us first.

Lastly when we pack games, we place in bubble envelope with paper shredding. This may be messy inside the envelope with the paper shredding..but it will be necessary due to the experience we have had with mail carrier not handling our package with care. The shredding with bubble envelopes we have tested and found out of that out of 98% of time to have protected the game effectively.
