I have taken a measurement when the item is laid flat and un-stretched, please be aware that some measurements may vary, due to adjustable straps and stretch to the material.

Measurement from underarm to the edge of the Hem - 16"

Measurement from the top of the shoulder to the edge of the Hem - 25"

Please be aware if you’re not familiar with Karen Millen items, they do come up on the small side, please bare this in mind when bidding as I won’t accept items back for being the wrong size.

QUALITY GUARANTEE.

Some of the items I sell are very delicate, I try my best to pack them neatly to eliminate as much creasing as possible, however, this is very difficult and some items will be slightly creased, a light steam should cure this, please read your care label before ironing etc. My items are 100% authentic, I wouldn’t buy a replica and I certainly wouldn’t sell one, my items are in excellent condition, unless stated otherwise, they are hung and covered in a dust, light, pet and smoke free environment.

I work hard in the presentation of my photographs, so you can get a good idea what the item looks like, I try and word my text so you can find out what the item consist of, under eBay’s copyright policy you cannot use my photo’s or text to advertise your own items, or items you have bought from me, without my permission first, please contact me if you wish to do this, otherwise I will report the breach to eBay.

SHIPPING.

I try my best to get the item posted the day after payment is made, or if this isn't possible it will be posted within 2 to 3 days of the auction ending, all UK items will be posted 2nd class signed for, if you require another service please contact me as soon as the auction as ended. International items will be posted international signed for.

PAYMENT METHOD.

Payment to made within the first two days of the auction ending, if payment is not made on time eBay will automatically open an unpaid item case on my behalf, if you have any problem please contact me, once an unpaid item case has been opened and closed without payment being made, the person will be blocked from bidding or buying from me in the future.

RETURNS.

Returns accepted, conditions apply, the item can only be returned if you contact me prior to returning it, it must be returned within three days of receiving it and returned in the same condition you received it, pleased be aware that return and original postage must be paid by the buyer, this is part of the agreement you except once you have placed your bid, I won’t except responsibility for the item going missing in the post, recorded sign for is recommended, if you have a problem of any kind once you have received your item please contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback and I will do my best to resolve the problem.

POSTAGE.

I do give discount on P&P if more than one item is won, (this may not apply to all international bids, please ask before bidding) International bidders that win please do not pay until I have sent you an invoice I have a set cost for P&P and this will vary depending on which country you are in, it could even be cheaper, I have set postage charges for different items, these prices are to cover both postage and packaging.
