1. Please make sure your phone is eligible for the service before you place the order:
• If you do not have the Apple ID and password, please sign OUT from from the Apple ID / iCloud.
• Turn OFF 'Find my iPhone'.
• Make sure that your phone is locked to O2/Tesco/Giffgaff UK.
• Make sure that your IMEI is clean, not blocked or blacklisted.
• Make sure that you agree to the time frame / terms and conditions.
  
  
2. After you place the order, please provide us your phone model & 15-digit IMEI during check out or via eBay message.
• Please obtain the IMEI from the phone itself, by dialing *#06#, or go to Setting > General > About.
• If you get your phone second-hand, please do not obtain the IMEI from the phone box / SIM tray, as it could be different from the actual IMEI.

3. The time frame for this service is 1-6 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days, just in case the server undergoes maintenance, or when there is a delay due to a large quantity of orders being processed. Please make sure that you agree to this particular time frame before placing the order.
   
   
4. Once your phone is unlocked, you just have to connect your phone to iTunes when a non-supported SIM inserted. We will send you a set of instructions for you to complete the process.
   
   
5. If for some reason the server fails to unlock your phone (eg: server down), full refund will be provided immediately.

4. We are confident that your phone is unlocked when we dispatch your order. If you claim that our service does not work, kindly contact us first and we will verify it for you. If we confirm that your phone is unlocked, but you claim that it isn't, a Youtube video proof is strictly required. Kindly refer to our refund policy section for more details.

1. No refund will be given for the following events:
• You have provided us the wrong IMEI.
• You are unable or unwilling to provide a video proof if you claim that our service does not work.
  
  
2. Refund will be given for the following event:
• The unlocking server is down or has any issue.
  
  
3.  If you claim that our service does not work even after we have verified it, then you will need to provide us a Youtube video proof consisting the following details in a single video:
• The 15-digit IMEI of the phone (by dialing *#06#).
• The entire process of you following the instructions that we sent.
• The phone not being to able to make calls / texts.
