Designed for use in extreme cold weather conditions, these Helly Hansen insulated boots are made with tough TPV rubber. The safety boots include an insulated foam and polyester liner that provides plenty of warmth, and it can be removed easily whenever it needs a quick refresh. The insides of the rubber boots are lined with durable nylon to keep them easy to slide on and off, and there is a drawcord at the top to help seal out snow and cold air. DOMESTIC TRACKING INFORMATION
All domestic shipments will have a USPS or UPS Tracking number. Once I print out the shipping label for your package, an automated e-mail is sent from Paypal to your e-mail with the tracking number and shipping information. Please check your spam folder if you do not see your shipment information e-mail from Paypal. P.O. Bixes Alaska, Hawaii, and PR will atomatically be deverted to USPS.

All items are shipped to your Paypal-registered mailing address. Should the item be returned to me for a bad mailing address, I will send you an e-mail notification for an updated address and an invoice through Paypal for the return shipping back to you. Please make sure your paypal-registered address is correct.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted on all my items sold on eBay and will be processed as refunds through Paypal. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. Returned items must be returned in the exact condition they were received in (i.e. with tags attached, new in box, etc.). It is the buyers responsibility for return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was the wrong item or grossly misrepresented in the auction description.
