Returns:
 Returns are accepted if this item is in identical unopened condition, complete with all parts and components, within original packaging and returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. Missing
Items:
 In the unfortunate event of any package going missing in the postal system, we must apply for and receive compensation from Royal Mail before we are able to refund your payment or provide a replacement.
Royal Mail only allow us to make a claim 15 working days after a package was due to be delivered, so please be patient & understand we have to work to Royal Mail's system in the event of postal issues or problems. We always use Signed-For Delivery methods to help avoid any postal issues.
