Lens model is Vivitar 70-300mm f4.2-5.8 lens SN 972000300. It has been adapted to Sony E mount NEX/ILCE digital Mirrorless cameras, since lens comes with Canon FD to E mount adapter attached. So you could use it on any Canon FD manual focus mount lens on Sony E mount Cameras.  It is all manual lenses, you will have to focus and adjust aperture manually. 

Lens comes with front end cap and FD to Sony E adapter. Adapter is removable.  Rear cap is missing.

This adapter will allow you to use any FD manual focus lens on Sony NEX/ ILCE Mirrorless cameras, such as NEX-3, NEX-5, 5R,5N,  NEX-6, ILCE 6000, 3500, etc E mount cameras.  Please note that on DX sensor cameras it will become 100-450mm f4.2-5.8 lens.

Cosmetic Condition:

Lens has been used. It shows light wear on the lens barrel from use. I would rate it at 8+ (or excellent) on a scale from 1 to10. 

Front and rear glass is free of noticeable scratches. It has no fungus or haze inside. It has couple tiny dust particles inside the glass elements. Glass looks very good condition, above average condition over all. Filter rim looks good.

Lens Performance:

Aperture blades are snappy, blades are free of oil. Blades are snappy and not slow.  Manual focus is smooth, without any play. But, focus is noisy. It seems that is has some dust or dirt inside the lens. Still focusing works, it just makes slight grinding sound.

Compatibility:

This lens will work any Sony E mount camera. Such as NEX-3, 5, 6, 7, ILCE -3000, 3500, 6000, 5100, etc  cameras. Please note that you will have to set up your camera to accept manual focus lenses or it will show error. E-mail me if you don't know how to do that.
