All goods are usually dispatched within one working day of receipt of cleared payment.

Occasionally this may not be possible and if this is the case you will be advised by email.

I am happy to offer a postage discount on combined purchases.

As all my postage charges are based on weight please contact me for an accurate cost.

Expected delivery times are:-

Ireland 1 - 2 working days

UK 3 to 7 working days

Europe 5 to 10 working days

Rest of the World 10 to 21 days  

Occasionally, once posted there may be delays in deliveries by An Post, Royal mail etc.

I do have tracking numbers so please contact me once the stated delivery time has passed and I will do what I can to help trace your order.

In the unlikely event that this item is found to be damaged it will be replaced free of charge.

Unsuitable goods may be returned for a refund, less postage charges, within 14 days of receipt.

I only buy limited amounts of every handbag design ( normally no more than 3 in any colour).
