Up for auction is a a Police Officers British Bobby toy hat bank. It was made pre-1953 because it has the King's Crown on it. It looks like it was made from a blown plastic mold. It says Made in Hong Kong on the mold. It's very light and has some a few condition issues. Please view photo's and email with any questions. I have not seen another one like it.
