When free shipping is offered, it applies only to addresses within the contiguous U.S. Additional fees to be determined and applied for Alaska, Hawaii, and International destinations.
If I notice that you have purchased and paid for multiple items before midnight of the same day (with items being shipped to the same place), it will be our pleasure to try to bundle multiple items together if it is cheaper and more convenient. If this is the case, we will refund you the difference in shipping cost.
RETURN POLICY:
We offer a 30 day return policy if you receive an item that is not as described. Please contact us regarding any other return requests, and describe the reason for the return. Returns must be made no later than 30 days of the actual (or latest estimated) delivery date. Items are sold as is with defects as shown/described. So, please inspect the pictures and read the product descriptions closely.
Items received not as described may be returned and refunded as per eBay’s policy. Returns for any other reasons (not seller’s fault) are determined on a case by case basis. Shipping for such returns will be paid by buyer, and a restocking fee may apply.
ABOUT US:
We are primarily a reseller of used items, mostly clothing. Sometimes you get lucky, and we are able to offer up NEW items. We inspect our items for any damage and disclose any discoveries in the listing. We also try to post pictures of any defects. All items are kept and shipped from smoke-free home. As we are thrift store treasure hunters, and most of our items come from such sources, please expect that with used items, there may be a slight odor (the “thrift store smell”) and some signs of wear. Some pre-owned items are bought already having a cigarette odor. We perform mild/delicate laundering on items with unpleasant odors, so as to preserve the quality of the item, and hopefully rid the smell. We will indicate in the listing if we notice anything more than the thrift store smell. Again, please expect that with pre-owned items, there may be a smell to them. We like to choose products that are still usable (despite defects), and clothing that one wouldn’t be ashamed to wear out in public.
