This is an 18K rose gold Patek Philippe Calatrava Annual Calendar 5396R. The three-body, polished solid case has a wide, sloped, flat bezel, and a snap-on case back with a display sapphire crystal. The dial is silver with applied white gold baton hour index markers, a dot outer minute track, and feuille hands with a sweep seconds hand. It has a subsidiary 24-hour dial and square windows for the day and month, with a third aperture at 6 o'clock for the date underneath the moon phase dial. It's water resistant

The Patek Philippe automatic Calibre 324 S QA LU 24H movement is rhodium-plated with fausses cotes embellishment, and the stamp of the Seal of Geneva quality mark. It's constructed with 34 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, and the patented Gyromax balance that adjusts for cold, heat, isochronism, and for five positions.
