RETURN POLICY

All items wished to be returned will be subject to the following process:

                Please contact us via Ebay to obtain a RMA# before sending your product.*

                All items must be UNOPENED and in the original packaging.

                All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.

                Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on all items being sent back.

Shipping charges will be deducted before 15% restocking fee is applied; the original shipping charge will be deducted for products purchased with Free Shipping promotion.            

*Returns without a RMA# will not be processed. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The item you purchased arrives in a damaged box (mishandling during shipping);

Please refuse the shipment when it arrives and contact us via Ebay.

If you are not able to refuse at the time of the arrival, contact us via Ebay 

PRIOR TO OPENING 

your package and we will request you to send us photos of the damaged box and/or item via Ebay.

The item you purchased is manufacture defected and/or missing parts (not related to shipping);
