Combined Postage:

I am always happy to combine postage costs for you where possible. Please contact me PRIOR to payment so that I can send you a combined invoice. If you pay separately then I will be unable to combine postage for you as I incur two separate lots of fees so cannot pass any savings onto you, sorry!

Returns:

I am sorry but as I am not a business I am unable to accept returns simply because you have changed your mind about the item or because it doesn't fit. I try to describe the item and list all sizes so that you can ask any questions you have PRIOR to purchase. I will only accept returns if the item is faulty or not as described.

Payment:

For BUY IT NOW listings - immediate payment is required.

For AUCTIONS - within 48 hours please. If this is not possible please contact me with your payment proposal, I am always happy to accommodate where possible.

I will always apply for the non-paying bidder fee credit if you do not adhere to completing payment. If this if necessary it will mean that you incur a black mark on your Ebay account. Sorry but it's unfair that I should be out of pocket simply because you have changed your mind!

Dispatch Time:

Your item will be posted either the same or next working day after payment is received.

Parcel not received?

Please only contact me after a minimum of 7 days after dispatch date as elapsed - this allows for a reasonable delivery time.

I always obtain proof of posting and I usually always send parcels by recorded delivery so I should be able to track your item and resolve the problem for you.
