Sterling and Stone Trading Company offers a 14 day money back guarantee for all purchases. The item returned must be in the same condition as it was sent from us to the buyer. A refund will be applied to your PayPal account within 3 business days of receiving the item back in our processing center. The buyer is responsible for all costs of shipping and returning the item. To returns an item, contact us via email, eBay email or telephone to receive your RMA #. Write your RMA # on the shipping label or the outside of the box and return the package to us.
