Note:  We do not fully detail our parts prior to photographing in an attempt to make them look better than they are.  We DO lightly wipe them off with a soft cloth to remove surface dirt, in order to reveal any hidden damage.  Therefore, items will clean up nicer than what’s seen with some better cleaning.  Any damages found will be listed specifically.

All go-moto* parts are used parts unless otherwise defined.  Used parts may not be in perfect condition, but we only sell quality used parts in sell-able condition or we would not offer them.  Used parts may (or may not) have scratches, dings, scuffs, scrapes, cracks or other flaws associated with normal use/wear.  Some scratches may not be seen in photos due to lighting.  Please read entire description and look closely at all photos.  The item in the photo is exactly the item you will receive.  We never use stock photos.  We do our best to accurately describe our parts, but we are human and can sometimes make mistakes.  In this event, please contact us immediately before leaving any negative/neutral feedback and let us show off our excellent customer service skills!  We promise to do our best to ensure your complete satisfaction.

SHIPPING:

REGULAR SHIPPING: (ENGINES & FRAMES, SEE IMPORTANT NOTE BELOW)

All items will ship within 24 to 48 of payment (with the exception of ENGINES AND MAIN FRAMES AND HOLIDAYS).  We do NOT up charge our customers for shipping.  We price shipping for each individual item based on its’ weight and packaging size and do our very best to charge our customers exactly what it will cost us to ship.  The occasional minor discrepancy does sometimes occur, but is most often in the customer’s favor.  We believe that up charging for shipping is just plain stealing, so nope.. We don’t do that. 

COMBINED:  We are happy to combine shipping for you, but please message us BEFORE your purchase.  Some LARGE items will not apply.

SAVE $$!!!  IF YOU ARE ABLE TO PICK UP YOUR ENGINE  AT A SPECIFIED TERMINAL, THIS WILL GREATLY REDUCE SHIPPING COST.

Our ENGINES and LARGER FRAMES are PROFESSIONALLY WRAPPED AND CRATED and will ship via LTL truckload. 

SMALLER FRAMES are PROFESSIONALLY WRAPPED and will ship via flat rate, postal service.

DUE TO THE TIME AND EFFORT IT TAKES TO PROFESSIONALLY AND SAFELY CRATE OUR ENGINES & FRAMES, PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF 2 TO 3 HANDLING DAYS (if you must have it sooner, send us a message and we’ll do our very best to rush it for you).  CRATING DOES NOT BEGIN UNTIL PURCHASED.

BUYER MUST BE PRESENT (by appointment) for delivery. Freight carrier will contact you and will work with your schedule to the best of their ability.  Tracking info will be provided for your convenience.

You are also free to make your own shipping arrangements for your ENGINE, but your truck must pick up from our location only, which is a RESIDENCE.  We DO have a manual pallet truck.  Please contact us IMMEDIATELY if you wish to arrange your own shipping.  If you choose to arrange your own shipping, we do charge a fee of $50.00 if you would like it crated.

FOR LOCAL PICKUP:

LOCAL PICKUP is available (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY).  Please contact us for arrangements at your very earliest convenience.  ITEMS WILL NOT be crated for local pickup UNLESS REQUESTED IN ADVANCE.  Please allow at least two to three days for crating (Crates are custom built and are not begun until purchase is complete).  Local Pickup is free unless crating is requested.  Crating fee is $50.00, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE.

ENGINES WILL NOT BE CRATED FOR LOCAL PICKUP UNLESS REQUESTED IN ADVANCE.

PAYMENTS

WE ACCEPT PAYPAL ONLY.  Payments are due within 24 hours of winning bid/purchase.  We value good communication, so if you need more time, just let us know.  Please know that payments not received within 72 hours may result in your item being re-listed or offered to the next highest bidder.  All NON payments will be reported and a claim will be filed.

RETURN POLICY

Please allow us a chance to show off our superior customer service by contacting us with any comments, concerns or complaints PRIOR to taking any action with EBay.

We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on most GO-MOTO* items.  Please contact us immediately if you wish to return an item.

Returns are available for items that are found to have been inaccurately described or the part does not fit the motorcycle as listed.  If you feel your item falls into this category, please message us within 48 hours of receipt of your item.  Item must be returned within 30 days of sales date and in the same condition as purchased.  Any item returned with missing parts or not in original condition, a fee may apply.  Purchase price and original shipping will be refunded for this type of return. Buyer is responsible for RETURN shipping.

OTHER RETURNS

“Changed mind, Purchased by mistake, Didn’t like, Purchased wrong item, Didn’t fit”, Etc...

If your request for a return is for a reason similar to any of the above (meaning ‘not our fault’), please contact us immediately.  Neither Return shipping nor Original shipping are refundable for this type of return and a 20% FEE will apply.  Refund will be issued for purchase price only, minus 20%.  Item must be returned in its’ original condition and some items may be required to be un-opened.  Returns of this type will not be processed without contacting us first for pre-approval.

NOTE:  We inconspicuously ‘mark’ our items for identification purposes.  Please DO NOT ATTEMPT to return an item that you did not purchase from us.  This type of fraudulent activity will void any return process and will be reported. 

NOT RETURNABLE

(We are not able to verify condition of these parts once they leave our hands).

We do not accept returns on:

ELECTRICAL ITEMS/COMPONENTS, ENGINES, CHASIS/FRAME or FUEL SYSTEMS. (i.e., (but not limited to) Main wiring harness, Starter Solenoid, Fuel pump, Sending unit, Ignition ignitor coil, Gauges, Instrument clusters, Speedometer (digital), Voltage regulator rectifier, Carburetor, Fuse junction box, Throttle bodies, ECU CDI computer, Ignition module, relays, sensors, etc.)  If you should have any problems with any of these types of items, please contact us and we may be able to help.  Although we do not accept returns on these items, buyers are still protected by the ebay guarantee if item is not as described.

A NOTE ABOUT ENGINES

We thoroughly test each engine prior to disassembly (unless otherwise noted).  We do not guarantee the fit of an engine on any year, make or model other than the motorcycle it was removed from.  In many cases we will have a walk-around video with sound.  If you would like to view a video, please give us a call at (847-714-2208) or send us a message.  When possible (sometimes file is too large and won’t upload), we will include the video in the listing.

We do NOT ship engines internationally.  If you are an international customer, we will be happy to forward your engine to any COMMERCIAL address within the Continental United States (prior approval is required).  All international arrangements must be handled by the buyer.  We are not liable for any shipping or damage that may occur outside of the original U.S. destination. 

INTERNATIONAL   (Combined shipping is not permitted)

We ship our international orders using the EBAY GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM ONLY.

BUYER is responsible for paying both the seller (domestic) shipping charges AND the international charges.  Please understand that all import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or domestic shipping.  We cannot calculate or change these charges.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and can sometimes be due at time of delivery or pickup.  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these costs may be prior to buying/bidding.  Please be sure that you UNDERSTAND how the EBay Global Program works.  You can find the details by searching the EBay HELP SECTION.  International orders may take (up to) 30 days for delivery.
