Tested, loco runs and e-unit cycles F-N-R. Unbroken window struts, and no cracks at screw holes. It is missing handrails, and looks like they were never added. Shell could use a good cleaning, stain on one side, unsure it can be removed. Selling as shown, see photos for condition.
