Condition Definitions:

• Used - An item in this condition has previously been used, usually from a corporate lease return program, or was a store return. Cosmetically, this item will fall into one of two classifications- Grade A and Blemished. Please see below for further explanation as well as item functionality guarantees:
  
  Grade A - We define Grade A as being in good cosmetic condition, but may also show signs of wear and tear from normal usage. Items with minor dents, scratches, or scuffs will fall into this classification. If the item has a screen, such as a monitor, tablet, or laptop, there may be minor wear on the screen such as dead pixels, screen spots/blobs, and/or scratches and minor dents.
  
  Blemished - We define these items as cosmetically having noticeable physical deformities such as major cracks, dents, gouges, screen issues, and/or heavier wear and tear. Please refer to the "Blemish" sample picture for various types of blemishes to expect. Please note that we cannot send actual pictures of any damages.
  
  Functionality - For all items in this condition, we guarantee the item will power on, however, we have tested for key functions only. Here is a list of attributes by product type that we have tested and what we guarantee to arrive as described and also the attributes we do not test and therefore cannot guarantee their functionality.
  
  PCs/Laptops - We guarantee Processor, Memory, and Main Storage Device (HDD/SSD) will arrive as described and functional. We do not test functionality of the following attributes and therefore cannot guarantee them - optical drive, WiFi hardware, all jacks/ports, buttons other than the power button, or speakers.
  
  Tablets - We guarantee tablet will arrive functional and all buttons as well as WiFi are operational. 
  
  Copiers / Printers - We only guarantee a copier or printer will print (if missing toner, please note that toner will be required to print). We do not test functionality of the following attributes and therefore cannot guarantee them - any features beyond normal printing or copying. 
  
  Networking / Servers / Storage Devices - We guarantee a networking, server, or storage device will power on and not report any errors. However, we do not test ports, interface cards, or other related items included with the device. 
  
  Operating System - If the item is a PC or laptop it will NOT include the operating system software unless explicitly stated in the item specifics that the operating system is included. Please note that the COA field in the item specifics does NOT refer to the operating system being included. The Microsoft COA (Certificate Of Authenticity) listed in the item specifics and description does not indicate that an operating system is included and instead refers only to the software license affixed or embedded in this item. This software license pertains only to the version of the operating system listed in the COA field and is used in conjunction with the computer manufacturer's factory restoration software. • For Parts or Not Working- An item in this condition powers on, and is considered partially functional. It may be missing parts, need repair, have cosmetic damage, or a combination of these attributes. Cosmetic damage will include noticeable physical deformities such as major cracks, dents, gouges, screen blemishes, and/or heavier wear and tear. Please refer to Item Note field in the item description / specifics for the exact issue(s) and to the sample picture for various types of cosmetic damage(s) to expect, when applicable. Please note that we cannot send actual pictures of any damages.
• New Open Box - NOB - Items in this condition are often unused customer returns, however, the box has been opened to verify contents. Item functions as if brand new. 
• New In Box - NIB - Items in this condition are brand new, factory sealed.
