Warranty & Seller Guarantee

• All our items come with a 30 day warranty from the time of receipt EXCEPT for items sold in the "for parts or not working" category.
• NO WARRANTY is offered to customers outside of the USA & items are not returnable!  
• Returns due to verified defect or seller error are eligible for a full refund. If return is due to verified defect or seller error we will do all that we can for you to make it right!
• Only the items described in the auction are included in the auction. We do not provide technical support, installation instructions, or manuals.

Return Policy

• Return of product that is not due to defect or seller error is subject to a 20% restocking fee. This is to cover the loss of shipping and eBay fees, as well as the diagnostics and testing involved in reevaluating the returned, shipped and handled item.
• Items that have wear or are materially different are NOT eligible for refunds. PLEASE do not buy our working item and return your broken one to us and attempt to get your money back. We take pictures of our items, record numbers on our items, & also mark them so that they are distinguishable.
• You are responsible for shipping charges back to us for returns in ALL circumstances.
• If you are bidding on electronic items or computer parts, please ensure that you have verified compatibility with your system. We assume no responsibility for items purchased that are not compatible with your system and the 20% restocking fee will apply if the item is returned.

Shipping

• All items are shipped by USPS. UPS may be used upon request.
• If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us & the shipping company. Don't unpack or tamper with the damaged package until pictures have been taken or the shipping company has inspected the damaged item.
• We proudly ship out all items within 1 business day after receiving payment.

International Shipping

• WE DO NOT SUGGEST THE USE OF FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL AS IT IS NOT RELIABLE AND PACKAGES CANNOT BE INSURED OR TRACKED OUTSIDE THE US, EXCEPT WHEN GOING TO CANADA. In addition, First Class Mail International takes one to to six weeks for delivery. If you have chosen to use First Class International, please allow at least 30 business days to pass before you complain about not receiving your item.
• We highly suggest that you at least pay for Priority Mail International which is guaranteed in 6 to 10 business days or request a quote for Express Mail International which is guaranteed is 3 to 5 business days. Priority Mail International & Express Mail International both provide tracking information and insurance is also free with Express Mail.
• Depending on the country you live in, you may have to pay customs taxes to your government to receive your package. Please know we are not responsible for the charging of these fees by your country or the payment of them to your government. Also, we can not pay the fees for you. These fees are not part of our shipping costs.
