This is a regular length Thermarest NeoAir XTherm.  This is a fantastic sleeping pad:  Comfortable, lightweight, warm, and packable.  I've taken very good care of this pad over the last couple years but there is a stain on it from rubbing up against the outside of my backpack.  It has no leaks, holds air all night, and the insulation is wonderful.  

This is a mummy-shaped pad and a no-frills size meant to go fast and light.  It's fine for car camping, but there are more comfortable and much larger pads out there for you.  If you're over 6' tall, I would not recommend buying this pad unless you're okay with your feet sticking off the bottom when you lie totally flat.
