Die Legende kommt zurück! Die Ibanez JEM777 ist die erste JEM-Serie von Steve Vai's Signature Gitarre, und 2017 ist der 30. Jubiläum der JEM. Ibanez präsentiert die klassische JEM777 mit neuen Spezifikationen, um ihr Jubiläum zu feiern. Wie bei der ursprünglichen JEM777 ist der Korpus aus massivem Lindenholz gefertigt, mit der klassischen Besonderheit der JEM: dem "Monkey Grip"-Griff. Die Halsplatte ist mit dem 30-jährigen Firmenlogo ausgestattet. Das Ahorn Griffbrett ist „scalloped“ auf Bünden 21-24, und die Disappearing Pyramide Inlays sind in grün, gelb und rosa gefärbt. Das Edge Tremolo mit Ultralite Tremolo Arm und Lion’s Claw Ausfräsung sorgt für stabile, präzise Stimmung und radikale Tremolo-Effekte. Die DiMarzio Evolution Tonabnehmer sind einer der wichtigsten Faktoren im einzigartigen Klang der JEM-Serie. Ein Multi-Tool, ein Authentizitätszertifikat und ein Gurt sind im Paket enthalten.

The legend comes back! The Ibanez JEM777 is the first JEM series of Steve Vai’s signature guitar, and 2017 marks the 30th anniversary of JEM series. Ibanez proudly revives the classic JEM777 with updated specs, to celebrate its anniversary. As with the original JEM777, the body is made of solid basswood, with the classic feature of the JEM: the “Monkey Grip” handle.The neckplate features the 30th anniversary logo. The maple fretboard is scalloped on frets 21–24, and the Disappearing Pyramid inlay is colored in green, yellow, and pink. The Edge tremolo, with an Ultralite Tremolo Arm and Lion’s Claw cavity, ensures stable, precise tuning and radical tremolo effects. The DiMarzio Evolution pickups are one of the most important factors in the unique sound of the JEM series. A multi-tool, a certificate of authenticity, and a strap are included in the package.
