Book is in Good+  condition with some wear. The intro page has a long crease from the top to the bottom of the page. All of the other  pages has no creases, tears or rips.  on     US buyer pays $4.50 Media Mail with insurance extra.   Buyer is responsible for lost  or damaged item is not covered by insurance.
