It shows only light use and was removed from a good condition low mileage car! 

Very minor scratches. No gouges, no cracks! 

Many of these are cracked now or heavily scratched.

 

There is only one minor issue:

1 of the outer mounting studs is broken and the inner seals have been torn.

These are pictured.

All of the other mounting hardware is there to mount it securely.

Includes untested bulbs - consider them a bonus.

If yours is broken or cracked, buy the best one on Ebay and replace it!
