This is a vintage Fenton White Hobnail Milk Glass Cookie Jar Ware No. 3680 MI.  The cookie jar with lid is approximately 11.5 inches tall.  The lid is 6.25 inches in diameter.  The bottom base is 4.25 inches.  One hobnail is irregular.  See photos.  Made in the USA.
