I use the Shipping Service HERMES for all my items
This has proved to be a better experience for the customer, and myself
Plus it is a completely trackable service which provides insurance should anything go amiss.
I frequently in the past have been let down by Royal Mail to the point where i was losing money, and customers were not receiving their items.
Regardless of item cost/size - the Shipping cost will always be at least £2.99
This covers items up to 2kgs, which means if you buy more than one item - say perhaps 5 or 6 clothing items - they will all be delivered together in one parcel for the single shipping cost of £2.99
Therefore, if you buy more than one item you will save on shipping as i can send everything together providing the combined weight is less than 2kgs
If you are unhappy with this - please do not purchase items from me as i do not use/send items with Royal Mail anymore

Happy to accept returns IF i have not described an item correctly (very occasionally i may miss a defect - this is NEVER intentional)

We do have pets but they are never anywhere near any of the items i sell - you can be assured of clean and fresh smelling items
