Gorgeous blue mod / scooter style pinafore by Pop Boutique, fully lined.

This dress is a Pop Size 2 which the manufacturer describes as equivalent to a 10-12.  However it is closer to a size 10,  and fits up to bust 36", waist 32", hips 38". Overall length of dress is approx 33".

Dress is displayed with a blouse underneath - blouse not included.

Dress is brand new and in packaging.
