Hello there, I have here a very will taken care of vintage sterling Lorgnette and sterling bead chain, I don't think the pearls on the chain are real but they look nice. The chain is unmarked but it has been tested and is sterling also. The Hallmarks on the Lorgnette is Sterling   and  K   for Krementz, they made a lot of jewelry and Lorgnettes back in there days and I believe there days were the Art Nouveau days anywhere from the  1800s - 1930s and many pictures of the woman that wore these Lorgnettes with long fancy chains with pearls or some kind of ornate gemstone on them with their  high necked lace collars  and brooches were seen at the opera reading the opera book or opera paper along with their husbands.  I believe Krementz and co. did make jewelry also in the Arts and Crafts era 1800s too. These glasses are not chipped or broken , they are in great shape and  3  3/4" long closed and 3  3/4" opened .  The chain is 21" long with another 2  1/2" more for the lavaliere. Great little piece of history! These glasses and chain weigh a nice 24.40grams. If you have any questions please ask and I will be glade to answer. THANK YOU for looking and please come back again, you are always welcome!    I ONLY TAKE PAY PAL,  THANKS!
