This set is guaranteed 100% complete with nice, clean, gently used parts.  It is adult owned and has been assembled with all parts reconciled to the LEGO parts inventory.  Released in 2007 it comes with all 39 pieces and its instruction booklet that is also in excellent condition.  Sorry, no box.  You will not be disappointed with this one!
